I agree this really belongs in the painting category, looks quite blurry evenfor a painting though. I think you need to work a *lot* more on defining the elements of the picture, but maybe it's the compression and small size (you can go as wide as 640px you know ) Otherwise, not bad.

I was thinking the same thing as the above poster. Perhaps its the big creature and the umbrella that resembles the famous scene from Totoro. I quite like the it tho. It's like Miyazaki meet Clive Barker sort of feel. Good work! ^^
